Overview

Basement plumbing is its own job — we treat it that way

Putting a bathroom below grade means dealing with drainage, venting and sometimes a sewage ejector or up-flush system. Done wrong, it’s a callback waiting to happen. We plan the layout, handle the rough-in properly, and finish with fixtures that are installed clean and tested.

  • Layout planning & drainage design
  • Rough-in for toilet, vanity & shower/tub
  • Venting & up-flush / ejector systems where needed
  • Fixture supply & installation
  • Pressure testing & inspection-ready work
  • Coordination with framing, tile & electrical

Ejector & Up-Flush Systems

Below the sewer line? We handle it

If the bathroom sits below the main sewer line, we install an up-flush or sewage ejector system — sealed, vented and serviceable. We’ll tell you upfront whether your layout needs one, before anyone swings a hammer.

Drainage and venting are mapped first, so the finished bathroom works on day one and in year ten.

Fixtures & Finish

A finished bath, not just a rough-in

Whether it’s a powder room, a full bath for an in-law suite, or part of a larger basement renovation, we coordinate with your other trades so the plumbing fits the finished space — not the other way around.

Fixtures installed straight and sealed, site left tidy, and we stand behind the work.

FAQ

Common questions

Do I need a special pump for a basement bathroom?

Sometimes. If the bathroom sits below the main sewer line, we install an up-flush or sewage ejector system. We’ll tell you upfront whether your layout needs one.

Can you work with my renovation contractor?

Yes. We regularly coordinate the plumbing scope with framers, tilers and electricians so everything lines up with the finished design.

Do you handle permits and inspections?

Our work is built inspection-ready and to the Ontario plumbing code. We’ll walk you through what your project needs.
